You can have a superb "Totomoi" experience.(There is a fence in the courtyard leading to the sauna, but it is in a lattice, so it is mandatory for both men and women to wear swimwear!) It is fully equipped with practical facilities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, wall-mounted TV, 2 free parking spaces, and 2 comfortable toilets in the morning, making it ideal for workcations and international guests.It can accommodate up to 5 people with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. It has a relaxing sofa and a large wall-mounted TV, and is comfortable to watch videos.You can enjoy meals with everyone around the beautiful wooden dining table. ◆ 2nd floor: Spacious balcony with a sea breeze Open the window in the living room leads you to a spacious covered wooden deck and balcony. It is a premium seat with the sea and sky of Katsuura right in front of you! You can use the provided gas BBQ grill (made by Iwatani) and enjoy an authentic barbecue with local fresh seafood and meat.There is also a kitchen directly connected to the living room immediately, so it is also smooth to prepare and tidy up. *We sincerely apologize, but please refrain from using the BBQ grill indoors during rainy weather. ◆ Fully equipped kitchen facilities (also recommended for self-catering!) It is fully equipped with cooking appliances, including an IH cooking heater, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, and electric kettle.In addition to pots and pans, we also have cooking utensils such as knives, peelers, and slicers. We also provide dishes, a wide variety of glasses, and silverware, so please enjoy the food you buy local ingredients to the fullest. ◆ 1st floor: Authentic barrel sauna overlooking the sea Our biggest focus is the private barrel sauna. Fully equipped with an authentic sauna stove and self-service.The small window in the sauna room overlooks the sea of Katsuura, and you can sweat while listening to the sound of the waves.Just outside the sauna, we provide an artificial turf space with chairs for outdoor air bathing. ◆ 1st floor: bathroom & washroom with perfect sauna line The sauna space is directly connected to the bathroom, and the "sauna⇔ bathing⇔ outdoor air bath" is perfectly calculated. A stylish standing bathtub is installed in the bathroom.The washroom and dressing space is stocked with towels and amenities. ◆ Bedroom (1 bedroom) Located on the first floor, the bedroom is a modern space with calm shades. 2 queen sized beds 2 single beds Can sleep up to 6 people together. *There are always up to four beds available, so for groups of five or more, two people will need to sleep on a semi-double bed.We would appreciate it if you could take note of this before making your reservation. The room also has a desk space with a round mirror for makeup and PC work. ◆ Other Facilities & Services Toilets: There are two clean toilets with washlet. Parking & EV charging: We have 2 free parking spaces on-site and a charging facility (200V) for electric vehicles (EV). Washing machine: You can also use the washing machine for consecutive nights and after swimming. ◆ Information on smoking areas Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited in all indoor areas of the facility. However, for guests who wish to smoke, there is a designated smoking area located on the first floor, under the balcony. Please note that there are no ashtrays provided at the facility, so we kindly ask that you be sure to bring your own “portable ashtray.”To protect the natural environment and safety at the beach, we kindly ask for your cooperation in properly disposing of cigarette butts and managing open flames.
