Our home is designed for comfort and relaxation, with air conditioning in all rooms and a spacious kitchen. Small dogs are welcome inside the home (not on beds). Larger dogs are welcome but must remain outside; secure outdoor sleeping arrangements are provided, and the yard is fully fenced. Downstairs is separately occupied. The property also offers space for parking a caravan or boat and is conveniently located near a golf course, shopping centres, and beautiful beaches. The space The entire upstairs area to yourselves, which includes access to three bedrooms, a lounge room, sunroom, kitchen, dining space,your own bathroom, toilet. The downstairs area is separate and is currently occupied, but your space upstairs is private. You’ll also have access to the yard, as well as your own separate washing machine area. Guest access Please note that the bottom level of the house is not available to guests. The laundry is located at the back of the house, at the bottom of the stairs. A clothesline is also available at the back of the property for hanging clothes.
