The space Property Description The house is situated at an elevation of 450 metres above sea level and offers breathtaking, unobstructed views across the surrounding countryside. On clear days, you can enjoy panoramic views stretching north towards Bonn and the Petersberg, and south towards the Nürburg Castle and the world-famous Nürburgring. The property sits on a spacious plot, providing plenty of open space, and a peaceful natural setting. Guests can relax outdoors, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the beautiful scenery from various points around the property. To reach the house, follow "Im Büchelsgarten" road until you see a large, wide entrance gate. Drive through the gate onto the property, where ample private parking is available for up to four vehicles. The combination of quiet surroundings, expansive views, generous outdoor space, and comfortable accommodation makes this property an ideal retreat for guests seeking relaxation in the heart of the Eifel region. The nearest shopping facilities are located in Arbrück (5 km from the house), where you will find: A Penny supermarket (open from 7:00 am till 9:30 pm Monday-Saturday) A well-stocked beverage store offering local wines, international wines, beers, and other drinks A pleasant bistro We therefore recommend that you purchase sufficient food, drinks, and any other essentials before arriving, especially if you plan to arrive in the evening.
