Welcome to our bright studio, nestled at the foot of the Montagne Noire (30 minutes from Carcassonne, 20 minutes from Castelnaudary, 55 minutes from Toulouse) An ideal location to discover the region while enjoying a peaceful environment. This independent, comfortable and well-appointed studio is perfect for a stay for a couple, solo or for a business trip. It is located in the heart of a wooded property offering a true haven of peace. The space 🏡 Renovated & comfortable studio, rated ★★★ Fully renovated, modern and perfectly equipped studio for a comfortable stay. No smoking allowed 🛏️ 160 cm sleeping space in a high-end Poltronesofà sofa bed, with the Rapido system (very easy to open and close). 📺 139 cm flat-screen TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Free TV channels 📶 Wi-Fi ☕ For a great start to the day: coffee beans (automatic coffee machine), tea and herbal teas available, as well as some sweets for a gourmet break on the premises. 🌿 You can also enjoy the outdoors for your meals: • table in front of the studio • picnic table near the pond for a moment in nature Comfort, convenience and a relaxing atmosphere all in one. Guest access 🌿 Outdoor area & garden Enjoy your private outdoor space adjoining the studio, with table and chairs for your meals or moments of relaxation. You also have access to our 4,300 m² wooded garden: sun loungers in the shade of the trees, relaxation by the water... a real haven of peace to relax in the middle of nature. Other things to note 🐾 Pet friendly Dogs are allowed upon request (because my cats roam the grounds and it would be difficult to host a dog that hates cats and would harm them). I make no distinction; all breeds are accepted as long as they are not aggressive towards cats. For cats, I can provide a litter box to save you from bringing yours. For rabbits or guinea pigs, I have an outdoor enclosure where they can enjoy the grass in a safe environment, depending of course on the weather (fenced at the top and even at the bottom, Eglu guinea pig enclosure) You and your companion will have access to our fully fenced 4,300 m² garden. The garden is shared and under surveillance, because the following live on the property: • our 3 cats • our 3 dogs (golden retriever, Australian shepherd and chihuahua), who live with us and can be taken out under supervision For more peace of mind, you also have a private, shaded and fenced outdoor area, located just in front of the studio. Separated from the main garden by a fence of about 1 meter and a gate, it allows you to enjoy the outdoors with your dog in peace. 🐶 Optionally, if you need it, we offer a one-time pet-sitting service if your pet is not allowed during a visit or activity. Depending on my availability and your dog's personality, I can take him to my place with my female dogs or go visit him regularly at your place.
