'Hillview' farmhouse sits proudly, elevated on 112 acres overlooking the escarpment to Pigeon House, with the ocean breezes from east with Mollymook Beach and Lake Conjola Beach a very short drive away. This lovely 4 bedroom home is 3 mins from the doorstep of Milton. Hillview's pasture laden property is perfect for the whole family to to relax and enjoy a peaceful farm stay. Nature's best surrounds you, including echidnas, kangaroos. Take time to relax on a unique and central coastal farm. The space Hillview homestead has an extremely aesthetic entrance, along a long winding dirt road which crosses an historic timber bridge and winds up a beautiful hill. The house is to the left at the top of the hill and is very comfortable with 4 cosy bedrooms. Internet and streaming of - Netflix and Stan available. Two bathrooms as well as an outside cast iron bath which is revitalising in the evening air. Take a walk over the farm and watch for the kangaroos and other unexpected animals, such as a fox or echidna. Enjoy the peace that comes with a large farm and relax in the beautiful home paddock and play ball games in the lovely level yard. In the evening enjoy sitting around the fire pit and cooking marshmallows.
