Other things to note 🔹 HOUSE RULES 🔹 – Kindly check first if we match your group’s preferences. ➊ Check-In: 2 PM Onwards Check-Out: 11 AM at Most – No early check-ins or late check-outs (no lobby/reception). ➋ Noise Restrictions: – No loud/large speakers, videoke, KTV, or mics — these will be confiscated during your stay. ➌ Declaration Of Guests: – Provide all names in advance (incl. drivers, helpers, kids). ➍ Additional or Excess Guests (Fees payable directly at check-in) – Additional Guests: Fee based on the home’s standard rate for each extra guest beyond your original booking, regardless of payment/rate via Airbnb. – Excess Guests/Visitors: Not allowed – Penalty of ₱1,500 per person/day. – Applies regardless of age or length of stay. ➎ No Pets: - Bringing your own pet — booking cancelled, no refund. - Bringing a pet from other establishments — one warning, then power cut + cancellation.
