Our bungalow is a warm, family-friendly space, thoughtfully set up to be easy to relax in whether you’re visiting with family, friends or for work. There is one small step into the house and a small step into the shower, which may be helpful to know when planning your stay. As you enter, there’s a handy entrance hall with space for hanging coats and leaving muddy boots — perfect after walks, and dogs are very welcome. The cosy sitting room has a log burner, smart TV, and plenty of toys for children along with games for the whole family, making it a lovely space to unwind together. The dining room is a bright, welcoming room for meals, and the conservatory is a beautiful spot to catch the sun, with comfortable seating and more children's toys! The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays and includes a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The master bedroom is a spacious, calming room with a king-size bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has two single beds which are pushed together to create a larger sleeping space. All towels and bed linen are included for your stay. The large family bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a separate bath, as well as a baby bath and toddler toilet seats if needed. Outside, the fully enclosed garden enjoys sunshine throughout the day and offers a peaceful, secure space for children and dogs to roam freely. It’s a lovely place to sit and watch the birds visiting the garden. Off-road parking is available, and the bungalow benefits from gas central heating and a combi boiler, so hot water is always available. We’ve also included thoughtful family-friendly touches such as a highchair, changing mats and children’s cutlery to help you feel at home. The location is ideal for contractors and professionals, with easy access to the M1, and also works beautifully for wedding guests, offering a comfortable base close to popular local venues including Ringwood Hall Hotel & Spa, Casa Hotel, Van Dyk by Wildes, Peak Edge Hotel and Hardwick Hall. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire bungalow during their stay, including all indoor living spaces, the conservatory and the fully enclosed garden. Off-road parking is available for your use, and you’re welcome to make yourself at home throughout the property. The garden is private, fully secure and ideal for children and dogs to enjoy safely. Other things to note The property is a bungalow with one small step at the entrance and a small step into the shower, which may be helpful to consider when booking. A starter supply of logs is provided for the log burner, with additional logs available locally if needed. The garden is fully enclosed and secure, making it ideal for children and dogs, but we do ask that pets are not left unattended outside for long periods. An external security camera is in place covering the parking area only, with no cameras inside the property or in private indoor spaces.
