Note: This property is suitable for families only. Male stags are not allowed at the property. The space Bedrooms The villa offers three well-appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, privacy, and a peaceful night’s rest. All bedrooms come with attached bathrooms, comfortable bedding, fresh linens, and heating for cooler weather. Bedroom 1 – Ground Floor (Independent Room) This bedroom is separately built outside the main villa, with its own private entrance, offering extra privacy. It features a king-sized bed, an attached bathroom, TV, and heater, ideal for guests who prefer a more independent stay or quiet personal space. Note: Kitchen and Living room are not attached to this unit Bedroom 2 – Ground Floor (Inside Main Villa) Located within the main house, this spacious bedroom includes a king-sized bed, attached bathroom, TV, and heater. An extra mattress can be arranged at extra cost here, making it suitable for families or small groups. Bedroom 3 – First Floor (Inside Main Villa) Positioned on the first floor for added seclusion, this bedroom offers a king-sized bed, attached bathroom, air-conditioning, TV, and heater. An extra mattress is available on request at extra cost, making it both comfortable and flexible for larger groups. All bedrooms include fresh linens, extra blankets and pillows, wardrobes, work desks, bedside lamps, fans, windows for ventilation, and garbage bins. Washrooms Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with: Geyser (hot water) Shower, jet spray, exhaust fan Sink with mirror Individual toiletry kits (shower gel, shampoo, handwash) Hand and bath towels Living Area As you step inside, you’re welcomed into a cozy yet spacious living room on the ground floor. Comfortable sofas invite you to unwind, read, or enjoy conversations late into the evening. A TV with cable connection is available for relaxed entertainment, and board games add to the homely charm. Wall-mounted fans keep the space comfortable, and heaters are available on request during colder months. Dining Area The dining space is designed for meals and long conversations. With seating for 5–6 guests. Kitchen The fully functional kitchen is available for guest use and ideal for self-cooking at no extra charge. There is a common swimming pool and is available on request to enjoy, which is chargeable additionally. Bonfire Area On cool evenings, nothing beats sitting around a warm bonfire. A bonfire setup is available at ₹500 (one-time) and can be arranged on request. Please respect the property and keep noise at reasonable levels Pets are allowed (small pets only) with an additional fee of Rs. 500 Cooking non-vegetarian food is permitted Laundry: - Washing clothes inside the villa is not permitted. We kindly request guests not to use the bathrooms, sinks, or any other areas for washing clothes. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, rooms and bathrooms. An additional fee/fine may be charged if this rule is violated.
