A: Neither early check-in nor late check-out is allowed. Q: Can I leave my luggage first? A: Depending on the schedules of the guests before and after you, it may be possible. If you would like to check in early, please let us know via the app. We would be happy to accommodate your request. If possible, you can drop off luggage at the entrance after 12 pm, but only if the following conditions are met. · Please put everything in one place so as not to disturb the cleaning. Q: Where can I smoke? A: Absolutely no smoking inside.If smoking is confirmed, we will charge 50,000 yen as a special cleaning fee. Smoking is allowed only on the second-floor veranda, and we ask that you smoke one at a time so as not to disturb the neighbors. A: If the indoor trash bin gets full, There is a dumpster right outside the front door of the property. When doing so, please be sure to separate the garbage into three categories—burnable, non-burnable, and plastic, bottles, cans, and PET bottles—and place it in bags for disposal. The Japanese garbage separation rule is very strict, so please be sure to separate it into three types. Also, if the outdoor trash can gets full, Please let us know by sending a message through the app. Q: Will there be cleaning during your stay? A: No cleaning will be done during your stay. If you wish, we can arrange cleaning for an additional fee (approximately ¥20,000), but this service may not be available depending on our schedule. Please be aware that our staff enters the property during cleaning. For security reasons, areas where guests have their belongings will not be cleaned. In the unlikely event of any loss or damage to your personal belongings, you will not be able to guarantee them.
