The space This is a luxurious 70 sqm high aesthetic seaside apartment, located on the 1st floor. It has a unique loft-style living room with a modern corner sofa and fireplace, which is integrated with the vintage country-style kitchen. In the same area, a wooden staircase leads to an attic where the small romantic bedroom with natural light and a double bed is located. The main bedroom, bright and elegant, with special lighting, an anatomical double mattress and a large wardrobe, creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The practically organized bathroom has detailed sanitary ware, a spacious shower with safe glass partitions, offers a clean and fresh atmosphere ideal for your rejuvenation. Smart TV, air conditioning in all areas, fast free internet, free toiletries and cleaning products, are some of our amenities. From the two large verandas equipped with living and dining room furniture you can enjoy the view of the sea, the garden and the forest of Katakolon. Our lush garden is equipped with a pergola, barbecue, dining area and outdoor shower. On the beach in front of the property we provide free umbrella and sunbeds. The accommodation provides security due to its modern construction, in accordance with the current legislation, which was confirmed by an engineer, it has anti-seismic protection, coolness due to the strong insulation in all exterior walls, tiled roof and balanced temperature inside due to its advanced air conditioning technology. Within walking distance of the accommodation (200-300 meters) you will find 2 mini markets, a seafood restaurant and a barbecue. Many organized beaches are 2-5 km from the accommodation. The picturesque Katakolon is just 2 km away and Ancient Olympia is 30 minutes away. Guest access You can use the garden, barbecue, dining room, outdoor shower, umbrella with beach loungers. Other things to note WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT IN ALKYONI 2 THE SECOND BEDROOM IS LOCATED IN AN ATTIC (LOFT) WHICH IS ACCESSIBLE THROUGH A SMALL WOODEN STAIRCASE.
