RGI Airport Expressway Entry & Exit are just 1.8KM 7• IT parks: Hitec city, Nanakramguda, Kokapet, and Gachibowli are in 12 km range (no traffic just ~30 mins drive) 8• Swiggy, Zomato, Ola & Uber are available The space 1. It’s a 3-bedroom Villa in which you will have exclusive access to three spacious bedrooms, in which two bedrooms have attached bathrooms and two rooms have private bathrooms but not attached, Big Living room, well equipped kitchen, Wash area and Patio. 2. Three King Size Beds with an 8-inch ortho foam mattress, white cotton bedsheets, blankets, and white towels are provided. living room contains 3 sofa beds. 3. A kitchen with gas connection, basic utensils, RO water purifier, and basic ingredients in small quantities (see the photos) are provided. 4. Power backup is provided only for Fan and Light in Rooms. TV is in living area and also in each room. 5. Wifi with Fibernet, TV with JIO OTT APPs (Amazon Prime Video, ZEE5, Disney Hotstar, Sony Live, Sun Next, Voot, etc) are provided. Other things to note 1. For check-in, any government ID proof or passport and visa are required. 2. For long stays of (more than 28 days) Indian citizens, they need to sign a paying guest agreement (this is for mutual benefit) 3. No Alcohol on the property 4. Pets are not allowed 5. Unmarried Couples from same state are not allowed (see house rules). 6. Mixer/blender is provided based on request. 7. Care taker only does room cleaning, bathroom cleaning and common areas cleaning, cleaning Kitchen and utensils is guests responsibility only 8. depending on size, only one or two car parking is allowed.
