Approached by a shared driveway, this converted barn adjoins the owners property and sits in an elevated position overlooking the Sterridge Valley. Entering the property, you will be greet by the open plan hallway, lounge and kitchen area. The well-stocked kitchen offers an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a dining table that seats 6 people. There is access from here directly onto the swimming pool area, where you can enjoy stunning views across the valley. Moving further into the property, there is a ground-floor super king-size bedroom with an en suite shower room with WC. The first floor consists of two bedrooms, 1 super king-size and 1 twin with a family bathroom. Outside is a large garden with extensive lawn areas and terrace with seating and BBQ. The outdoor swimming pool is heated by solar and a heat pump (available Whitsun week - 16th September 2025). There is also a tennis court and AstroTurf football pitch, available for guests to use anytime, with equipment provided for free.
