Nestled in the quiet Cober valley, is our tranquil riverside hideaway retreat. Your stylish one bed apartment within a newly converted barn, includes a spacious modern open plan kitchen/diner, living area, double bedroom with ensuite, including walk in shower and freestanding bath as well as private parking and sundeck. Perfectly located in the heart of rural Cornwall giving access to both north and south coast locations with the promise of a peaceful place to retreat at the end of each day. The space Enjoy our little rural retreat set within the peaceful surround of the Cober valley in the heart of Cornwall. Our newly converted barn apartment with its beautifully designed and curated spaces, offers both style and comfort after a long day of exploring the Cornish landscape and heritage sites. With open-plan living/ kitchen/ dining, you can enjoy preparing a meal together in our fully equipped kitchen as you chat and unwind into the evening. A private sheltered sun deck just outside, also gives you the option to enjoy an evening tipple or your morning coffee on our bistro chairs and table. Back inside, the living area gives you the chance to sit back and enjoy a good book or a film on our 48" Smart TV. Adjoining this space are double bi-fold doors that lead to your spacious bedroom, which hosts a king size bed with luxurious cushion and blankets as well as blackout blinds so you can settle in for a peaceful night's sleep. For ultimate relaxation why not take full advantage of your luxury private ensuite bathroom promising the dreamiest of soaks in our freestanding bathtub or 2 meter walk-in shower. With access to a Bluetooth speaker system in the bathroom, you can indulge in pure comfort with the perfect musical ambience to match. * Please note that our property is an adults-only retreat. Our accommodation is designed exclusively for up to two adults guests. Guest access The private apartment sits over our converted barn with adjoining parking and EV trickle-feed charge point (for a small additional fee). The whole building is set within its own gated entrance and surrounded by traditional Cornish hedging. Upon parking, a set of steps gives you direct access to your private decked area and apartment. Our barn is set apart from our renovated Cornish cottage with a bridlepath separating the two, which gives you both privacy and peace. Set down a bridleway, the apartment is in an area of calm and tranquillity, with views over the river Cober and wooded valley, which is a haven for birdlife. We are surrounded by rural farmland with access to local countryside and river walks straight from the door which you can explore using the OS map provided. We are set in a rural location, down a bridal track lane and have chippings on the driveway. We accept no responsibility for any damages incurred to your vehicle during your stay as we have been very clear on the nature of the surrounding terrain.
