Tollgate Farm Kent — a private 9-bedroom retreat across three handsome buildings (The New Farmhouse, The Stables, Millie's Hut) deep in the Weald of Kent. Sleeps up to 24 with 6 bathrooms (4 en-suite). Open-plan social spaces, dedicated workspaces, fast guest Wi-Fi, two hot tubs, fire pit, BBQ and parking for up to 10 cars. Whole-site exclusivity for group retreats, company away days, milestone celebrations and large family get-togethers. Plenty of room to gather, focus or quietly slip away. The space Set within the Weald of Kent, our family-run farm offers exclusive use of the entire site. The New Farmhouse has gas central heating and a wood burner; The Stables has a wood burner with electric heating; Millie's Hut is electrically heated. Two well-equipped kitchens, generous open-plan living and dining spaces for meals, presentations and downtime, plus quieter corners and bedrooms for one-to-ones, focused work or simply stepping away. The layout naturally supports privacy where it's needed. Guest access Whole-site exclusivity. Guests have private access to all three buildings (The New Farmhouse, The Stables and Millie's Hut), the gardens, two hot tubs, fire pit, BBQ and on-site parking. Self check-in via smart lock at each building, fast guest Wi-Fi throughout (TollgateFarmGuest). Dedicated workspaces and breakout areas across the buildings; AV (projector, screen, etc.) is BYO but available on request — happy to set up a boardroom or breakout configuration in advance for off-sites and away days. Other things to note Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome by arrangement (please ask if you'd like to bring more). Please shower before using the hot tubs and no pets in the hot tubs. Events are welcome — given the size of the property we just like to chat them through with you in advance, so please get in touch before booking for an event. Commercial photography and filming subject to owner agreement. Tollgate Farm is a working family-run farm; please respect the surroundings and our neighbours, especially in the evenings.
