Up to 12 persons may be permitted on the property by prior written approval. Any additional guests must use their own self-contained accommodation (e.g. caravan or tent) and are not permitted to sleep inside the house. All persons on the property must be declared and approved prior to check-in. Additional guests are subject to approval and extra fees. The property is a residential rental and is not a camping or caravan site. Guests bringing external accommodation are responsible for their own setup, safety, and insurance. The host does not supply or take responsibility for caravans, tents, or related equipment. To the extent permitted by law, the host is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from their use. All guests may use the dwelling and its facilities respectfully and in line with normal residential use. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
