The space La Rectoral I is a duplex for 4 people (including children of all ages 0 to 17 years) in a very quiet rural area of Eastern Asturias. It is attached to another , within an estate with a garden area for exclusive use. The building is made up of three apts. two of them duplex and one simple, with parking inside the property. Each apartment has a separate entrance and Wi-Fi. Ideal for families or groups of friends. Pets are not allowed. La Rectoral I has been welcoming travelers since July 2020. After the house's restoration and incorporation as rural tourism accommodation. We have the distinction of a 3-key apartment. 4 km from Infiesto where our main services, supermarkets, health center, shops, pharmacies, gas station, restaurants, etc. are located, as well as sports areas and public transport. Downstairs you have a living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and pantry. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with single beds, a bathroom with shower and a hallway.
