Parking: Private parking is available within the garden. Please inform us in advance if you will need a parking space. Waste Disposal: Waste bins are located in the garden at the entry next to the main gate. We kindly ask that you use these bins for your waste House Rules: Please respect our house rules, including no smoking inside the flat, no parties and keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Pets: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in the flat.
