In a former farm, located in the heart of the countryside, between Brittany and Normandy, the cottage offers tranquility and nature for a relaxing stay. Many hiking trails start directly from the house, ideal for discovering the surrounding landscapes. With family or friends, enjoy a peaceful setting to meet, relax and create beautiful memories, for a weekend, a week or more... The space An interior designed for your comfort. On the ground floor, you can enjoy: - a large, cozy living room, equipped with a wood-burning stove to warm up winter evenings. - a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that can accommodate up to 10 people, - a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, - a separate toilet, - a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a private bathroom. Upstairs: - one bedroom with 140 cm bed and private bathroom, - one bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds, - one bedroom with 140 cm bed, - bathroom, - an independent toilet. A high chair and crib can be provided upon request, as well as an extra mattress if needed. Please let me know in advance so that everything is prepared for your arrival. Linens are provided: bed linen, towels and tea towels. You can also request that the beds be made upon arrival, for an additional €10 per bed. Beautiful outdoor spaces offer you a real space of freedom. - a large covered terrace of 90 m², ideal for alfresco dining. A summer kitchen is being developed for even more comfort. - a large private lot (courtyard and lawn). Part of it is fenced so the kids can play safely. - everything you need to relax (sun loungers, summer lounge), a petanque court and a ping pong table, for the enjoyment of young and old.
