On the first floor there is a terrace with seating and a brand new state of the art hot tub! Our base nightly rate covers up to 16 guests. For groups larger than 16, an additional fee per person will apply. First Floor: Living area: With large sofas with double doors leading to hot tub and patio. Dining area: Dining table with seating for up to 18 guests. Kitchen area: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Bedroom 2: With 2 single beds. Bedroom 3: With 2 single beds (can be super king-size on request). Bathroom 2: With shower and toilet. Second floor: Bedroom 1: With 1 super king-size, 4 single beds  (can be 1 super king-size and 2 singles on request), 1 single sofa bed with pop-up trundle (on request) and a walk-in wardrobe. Bathroom 3: With shower and toilet. Further details: Required beds made up prior to your arrival. Towels provided (1 bath sheet pp & 1 hand towel per bathroom). Welcome pack of; tea, coffee, sugar.
