Biggy, great stay!

This accommodation consists of a living room, a living room/kitchen, and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find a master suite with dressing room and bathroom/toilet, 2 other bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Outside, a landscaped plot of about 400 m2 awaits you with a 6-seater hot tub (under cover) and heated pool (4 x 8 m). You will also enjoy a summer kitchen area. Baby bed The space The pool and hot tub are completely private and dedicated to your personal use. They are equipped with a safety cover and a lid for your own safety and that of your children. This safety is entirely your responsibility (setting up the tarp, supervising your children). You are free to set it up or not and to respect or not respect these house rules. As the owner/landlord, non-compliance with the rules releases me from any liability in case of an incident. Thank you for your involvement Other things to note dear guests , upon your arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit check in the amount of 2000 euros. It will be returned to you on the day of your departure , once the check-in and checkout inventory is validated identically by both parties . For cleaning , it will be necessary to provide a flat fee of 150 euros . A very thorough inventory carried out jointly before your departure. Furthermore, regarding your arrival time for check-in, punctuality is required and must be respected, whether it is informally agreed upon via messaging during our conversations or according to the booking conditions. Any delay will be subject to a penalty of 25 euros per hour, payable on-site. However, a 30-minute delay will be tolerated. Thank you for your understanding
