Very close both to the sea and to the historical center of Catania , near the train station and subway, it is perfect to easily reach other typical places in Sicily. All our apartments , as towels and sheets, are cleaned and disinfected every new arrival to garantee the best safety environment to our guests The space On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed at the corner , tv with Prime Video, and radio, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is provided with both air conditioning and roof fans . Inside the apartment there are a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes rack. On the upstair floor there is a double bed , an armchair, a small desk and a wardrobe. The apartment has its own entrance and you can easily find a car park along the street . Guest access You can walk to the city market where you can find everything from fruit and vegetables to fish, meat, both new and used clothes and you can really have fun going there. In the evening you can walk to the center of the Catania and experience its night life visiting several clubs, pubs, restaurants, etc. In front of the house there is a grocery which is very useful when you are cooking and you need that ingredient that is not at home, or even to do a small daily shopping. A hundred meters away there is a free basketball court, and on the seafront you can take a morning run, or a nice bike ride. The nearest beach is about 350 meters from the house. You can easily move on foot to explore the city. You can reach on foot trains, buses or the subway to get to almost any destination in the city or in Sicily. If you rent a car you can easily park next to the apartment for free or finding a security parking nearby. Other things to note Close to the apartment there are a grocery store, bakery, cafe', tobacco shop and many restaurants where you can eat and drink.
