The space This booking is for ONE of two available accomodations. within the Annexe - either one couple or one single, (max 2 people). AREA 1 - THE FLAT Private self-contained flat, with living room and fully-fitted kitchenette and ONE double bed and one bathroom. Perfect for one couple/one single. There is a living room/kitchenette area, with large screen Smart TV. Coffee maker, full-sized cooker with hob grill and oven., Fridge/freezer and washing machine. The double bedroom is off the living room area, and has bedside table, wardrobe, and drawer unit. The separate bathroom,with shower, washbasin and toilet, is also off the living room. NOTE: (There is an option to book both The Flat & the en-suite double bedroom together. Great for two co-workers or two couples travelling together). Guest access There is a separate external main front door of The Annexe, with a communal stairway leading to a door to two accomodations. Then there are two separate lockable doors for each area of the Annexe. One to the flat and one to the other listing -Double ensuite room During your stay We live onsite as a family, in a separate adjoining part of the building, so are out of your way, but on hand for any issues. Other things to note You may hear our dog, who might bark on arrival and departure when the gate is opening.
