If you’re arriving outside of normal opening hours, we will provide detailed self-check-in instructions prior to your stay. During your stay, you’ll have private access to The Nest, so you can come and go as you please. While you’re here, feel free to pop into the pub for a friendly chat — we love welcoming our guests and making you feel at home. Other things to note 1. No Pets Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Unauthorized animals may result in additional cleaning fees and/or immediate termination of the reservation without refund. Service animals are exempt but must be disclosed prior to arrival. 2. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the building. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a deep cleaning fee and possible damage charges. 3. No Parties or Events Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed. This includes unregistered guests, excessive noise, or behaviour that disturbs neighbours. Violation may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. 4. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbours at all times. 5. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Any additional guests must be approved in advance by the host. 6. Maximum Occupancy The maximum occupancy is 4. Exceeding this limit is not permitted for safety and insurance reasons. 7. Respect the Property Please treat the home and furnishings with care. Any damage, missing items, or excessive mess may result in additional charges. 8. Cleanliness Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness during their stay. Excessive mess or trash left behind may incur additional cleaning fees. 9. Trash & Recycling Please dispose of trash and recycling properly using designated bins. Do not leave trash outside or in common areas. 10. No Illegal Activity Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property and will result in immediate termination of the stay and notification of authorities if necessary. 11. Use of Amenities Use amenities (kitchen, appliances, outdoor areas, etc.) at your own risk. Please follow posted instructions and safety guidelines. 12. Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 15:00PM Check-out: 10:00AM Late check-out or early check-in must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees. 13. Security & Safety Do not tamper with security devices, cameras, smoke detectors, or locks. Lost keys or damage to security systems will result in replacement costs. 14. Liability The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests assume responsibility for their own safety during the stay. 15. Rule Violations Failure to comply with these house rules may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property without refund.
