Begin the day with tea on the lawn beside the gazebo watching over the river in view and turn pages of your book as light moves across the garden. Post breakfast shift to the pool for laps and float time. By noon, enjoy mouth-watering delicacies for lunch and open board games in the living room while music sets mood for conversations. If you crave an afternoon nap, doze off comfortably in push bedded air-conditioned bedrooms. As dusk arrives, fire up grills for a BBQ while stories gather near the crackling woods of bonfire. If the mood calls for an outing, the next day, visit Kondana Caves or Peth Fort fit between meals, with Bhivpuri Waterfalls waiting for when plans align. Includes an extra single-bed, AC, TV and Wi-Fi Ensuite Bathroom and Attached Balcony BATHROOMS There are 3 attached bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA There is one living room. Include AC, Balcony, Sound System and Wi-Fi Comes with a dining area. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. LAWN There are three lawns. ⁠The pool side lawn is 1925 sqft, front riverside lawn is 2400 sqft and playground lawn is 3150 sqft which comes with a gazebo. There is an open garden with a sit-out space, a hammock and loungers. POOL There is a private outdoor pool. The pool is 24ft x 14ft with a depth of 4ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - Bonfire is available at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per session. - A projector can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1500, excluding GST, for up to 4-5 hours. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
