A newly built house with that little extra in rural turn-of-the-century style, where classic charm meets modern comforts. Here you live in a harmonious and well thought-out environment with generous spaces for both relaxation and socializing. The house is about 230 m² and accommodates 6–10 beds, perfect for families, friends or larger groups! Generous spaces both inside and out. Heated pool, relaxing hot tub, glassed-in patio and large covered terrace. The location is quiet and rural with proximity to both beautiful nature and big city pulse! The space Lower floor: Here you enter a large spacious hall with a clear view through the house out the back. The 30 m2 kitchen is well-equipped and has an exit to the large covered terrace. The living room has large windows for maximum light and two comfortable and large sofas. From the living room, you enter the adjoining dining room. From the living room, you can also access the glazed conservatory, where you can enjoy the summer evening even when it starts to get a little chilly. The lower floor also has a practical entrance hall as well as office space and a separate laundry room. In the back, you will find the pool area with both a hot tub and a heated pool. Upstairs: The upper floor accommodates five spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed Bedrooms 2-5 have single beds It is possible to put extra mattresses on the floor. Up here, there is also a well-sized living room with a 65-inch TV and comfortable sofas for movies and relaxing. Upstairs, there is a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, double vanities and a sauna. Guest access The storage area in the garage is not available. Other things to note Our cat Morris is sometimes "included" in the rent, and you as guests need to give him food and fresh water daily. It's a very cozy cat that is "just right" social. The majority of the time when the place is rented out, he lives in another home. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate. There is a lot to see and experience in Örebro and the surrounding area, here are some examples: Örebro Castle – One of the city's most iconic sights with over 700 years of history and a beautiful location by the Svartån. Walk around the castle courtyard, have a coffee and experience stories from the past. Wadköping Open Air Museum – Charming old town environment with wooden buildings, cafés and small shops – perfect for a quiet walk and coffee. The Mushroom (water tower) – Take the elevator up in the classic "mushroom tower" for panoramic views of Örebro and the surrounding area. Oset & Rynningeviken Nature Reserve – Nature reserve right by the city where you can go for walks, cycle, have a picnic or visit the Nature House for coffee and lunch. Garphyttan National Park – Sweden's first national park with forest trails, flower meadows and nice hiking opportunities – perfect for nature lovers. Karlslund outdoor area – Located a few minutes from the city center and offers a park environment, old buildings, walking paths and small experiences for the whole family. Stadsparken & Svartån – Lush park in the middle of town where you can take a walk, have a picnic or just enjoy the surroundings along the water. Gustavsvik & Lost City Waterland – Large swimming and adventure facility for both adults and children, perfect for a full day of water play. The wooden town of Askersund & Stjernsund Castle – Cozy small town on the northern shore of Lake Vättern with historic castle, cafés and beautiful lake views – perfect day trip. Only 25–30 minutes from Örebro, you will find Ånnaboda and Kilsbergen, a scenic area with forested mountains, lakes and expansive views. Here you will find marked hiking trails for both short walks and longer trips, as well as bike trails that are suitable for both beginners and more experienced cyclists. Bring a lunch and enjoy a picnic by a lake, or stop at a lookout point for a break and photos. In winter, there are also opportunities for cross-country skiing on prepared tracks. Kilsbergen is a perfect getaway for those who want to combine exercise, nature and relaxation during the day.
