Sit back outside under the verandah with ceiling fans and tv and BBQ and watch the kids play. A 5 minute walk to the Beach and 2 km drive to the Moonta Main Street. Inside the home you will find a very spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a table that can be extended to seat up to 12. A collection of books and kids toys and games are provided. Well equipped kitchen with large fridge, electric oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher and walk in pantry with pantry essentials like glad wrap, alfoil, paper towels etc. Stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter with two split system air conditioners, one located at each end of the house in the living areas and ceiling fans in each bedroom and the outdoor dining area. 3 bedrooms have Queen beds and the 4th bedroom, the kids room has two sets of single bunks and is beautifully ocean themed for the kids. Bathroom has a huge bath and shower and separate toilet. Master bedroom has an ensuite with large shower. A separate lounge room is located at the other end of the house provides great noise separation so no competing tv shows! Full laundry, washing machine and dryer provided. LINEN - pillows and quilts and quilt covers provided but you must bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels or hire them through Country Getaways. PET FRIENDLY - the home is pet friendly with doggie doors in the living area and laundry. Pets are not allowed on the beds and lunge suites. Please advise if you wish to bring any pets. Guest access A lock box is located outside with a key and the code will be provided to you before your stay
