Each room is furnished with a lot of attention to detail to provide you with a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Here is an of the individual rooms: Bedroom 1: This cozy bedroom is the ideal retreat after an eventful day. The cozy box bed with a soft, high-quality mattress ensures a good night's sleep. Warm wooden elements and subtle decoration create a cozy atmosphere. The two bedside tables with modern lamps and USB ports offer you comfort for your nightly needs. A spacious wardrobe offers plenty of storage space. A TV invites you to cozy movie evenings. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is in no way inferior to the first. Here you will also find two comfortable box beds, surrounded by cozy colors and warm wooden accents. The decor exudes peace and security – perfect for a relaxing night. The reading lamps with USB ports are ideal for charging your devices or reading comfortably in the evening. Large windows let in a lot of daylight and make the room particularly inviting. Of course, a TV is also a must. Bathroom: The modern bathroom has been furnished with high-quality materials and a lot of love for detail. The sink with a modern mirror offers you enough space for your toiletries. The separate shower is equipped with high-quality fittings that give you a luxurious shower experience. Bright walls and warm wooden elements provide a harmonious blend of style and functionality. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you will find modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. From the high-quality stove to the spacious refrigerator and the dishwasher – everything is designed for comfort and functionality. White fronts give the kitchen a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The dining area offers space for shared meals in a cozy ambience. Additional amenities: The entire apartment has free Wi-Fi and the ability to log in with your Netflix account. Guest access Guest Access As soon as your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a registration form from us by email, which you please return to us filled out. Important here: All travelers must be listed in it. This information is necessary for us as a host according to the German Federal Registration Act. Once we get the completed form back, you will receive an email with a link to our "welcome book". This includes all the important information you need for your stay in our apartment. In the same email you will receive 2 number codes. The first code is for access to the common room and the second code is for your booked apartment. Your apartment is on the ground floor. In the lounge you will find a beverage vending machine and a foosball table for a little match with your friends. Other things to note IMPORTANT: After you made your booking, you will receive an online check-in form from us. This must be filled out and sent back to us. Only then will you receive the access codes for the doors.
