Farm stay in Nueva Carrara

Enjoy an authentic country experience in this beautiful farm, ideal for resting and disconnecting. The accommodation has a heated pool with a pergola, a barbecue, a wood-burning stove, a natural canyon, a stove, 5-a-side soccer arches, and large green spaces overlooking the mountains. Wildlife such as foxes, hares, frogs, lizards, skunks and birds are commonly seen. We ask that you do not feed them and enjoy them contemplatively. Ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends. The space The farm has an area of 5 hectares with large green spaces, native forest and a ravine. The house has 3 bedrooms, two on the ground floor (one with an en-suite bathroom) and a third on the top floor with a balcony. The common space is spacious and open concept, with an integrated dining room, living room and kitchen. From the living room, which has direct access to the outside, you can access the bathrooms and bedrooms. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets for added comfort. The kitchen is complete, with everything you need for your stay. Outside there is a swimming pool with lounge chairs and a grill/stove area. There is also a horse on the property named Picasso, who is not ridden and is fearful but calm; you can observe him with respect and, if you wish, give him an apple or ground corn. It's an ideal place to rest and disconnect in a natural environment. Guest access Guests can enjoy all areas of the farm during their stay, except the shed, which is outside the permitted access. Other things to note The farm is a quiet and natural place, ideal for resting. Please avoid loud noises after 12:00 am out of respect for the wildlife and neighbors. It is allowed to use a stove and grill, always with care and in authorized places, taking care of the native forest and the ravine. Entry to the warehouse is not allowed. Electricity not included in the price; electricity consumption is charged separately according to use. The meter reading is taken at check-in and check-out.
