Located in a quiet residential area, it’s the perfect spot to relax, go for walks (for example to Buchberg including a viewpoint), or enjoy other outdoor activities. Reach beautiful Vienna in just 30 minutes by car or train, world heritage site Wachau in 40 minutes by car. The house is spacious (approx. 100 m² / 1,075 sq ft). From the balcony and the upper living room, you can enjoy lovely views of the Wienerwald. The space The house was built in 1963 and has been lovingly renovated by us, keeping most of its original style. It offers plenty of space for multiple guests – for example, four adults or a family with up to three children. The terrace, balcony, and spacious garden provide plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
