This new wonderful luxury Cottage is located in Hvalfjordur (Whale Bay), the most beautiful bay in Iceland. It is one of the most pristine bays with beautiful mountain surrounds, with cliffs that drop directly into the bay and some beaches. Only 30 min. drive to Reykjavik so you can enjoy the city live and the icelandic nature at the same time. The cottage itself boasts two stories. On the first floor are two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The Patio has an unspoiled view overlooking the bay, and to the mountains. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and has two big single beds. Also on the second floor is the TV room with lots of DVD´s and TV episodes. There is also a balcony on the second floor with a breathtaking view overlooking the Sea and the Mountains. Nice patio is outside with garden furnitures and Hot tub. The bay Hvalfjordur has a lot to see and explore. The waterfall Glymur is the highest waterfall in Iceland and is located at the bottom of the bay. Explore historical places and ruins from WW2 or take a leisurely hike along one of the many hiking trails in this breathtaking area.
