The kitchen includes an integrated washing machine, fridge, electric oven, 4 burner gas hob with extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster and ample cupboard space. It also incorporates a breakfast bar area with two stools. The living space includes comfortable seating and a large 48inch wall mounted Amazon Fire smart TV with access to the usual live channels and streaming channels such as Netflix, Disney, Amazon prime. French doors provide access to a private courtyard area with bistro dining furniture. It is a no children property, and there is a strictly no smoking rule in the property (ashtray provided outside). Guest access The Station Cottage is accessed directly via Station Road. There is one step into the property from the street. It is a completely detached building and the living space. All rooms within the property are on ground level. Other things to note Station Cottage is located adjacent to the beautiful St Aidan’s RSPB nature reserve and Trans Pennine Trail along with several other picturesque walks alongside the River Aire and wider rural areas. A wonderful location for walking, cycling, birdwatching and train spotting. A short walk, less than 5 minutes to the walking distance to a bus stop providing a short direct journey (20 minutes) to Leeds city centre. With excellent transport links to the M1 and M62. The property is ideally located for position for exploring the region, with Temple Newsam, Hepworth Garden, Yorkshire Sculpture Park and Nostell Priory all within a short distance. Chris and Nicky live in the adjacent Station House and can be on call to help guests with anything that would improve their stay.
