The classy two-bedroom apartment L'Olivo is on the first floor of Villa Pedossa, an antique farmhouse full of charme dating back to the 1700s and recently restored. The Villa, 7 km away from Senigallia and its famous "Velvet Beach", is surrounded by olive trees and a huge garden with fruit trees, a large pool and Jacuzzi. The apartment can host up to 8 people thanks to its 80sqm and features marvelous views of the surrounding countryside, of the pool and of the splendid garden of the Villa. The space The stylish and elegant apartment “L’Olivo” in Villa Pedossa, has independent entrance and it is the ideal to host groups or large families (maximum 8 guests). A private outdoor (shaded) living and dining area facing the pool is available. At your request L’Olivo can be opened onto the adjoining apartment on the second floor, Il Nido, to accommodate a party of 6 to 13 guests. L'Olivo is composed of: - 2 bedrooms taking their names from two varieties of olives: “Il Leccino” bedroom with double bed (160cm x 190cm) and single pouf bed if needed; “La Raggia” with 2 twin beds (80cm x 190cm) which can be combined as double bed upon request and single pouf bed (70cm x 200cm), if needed; - a spacious 30 sq. meter living room with large fireplace, double sofa bed with chaise longue (160cm x 190cm), a fully equipped kitchen, dining table; - 2 private bathrooms, one for each bedroom, with shower, bidet, hair dryer, courtesy set and slippers. “L’Olivo” big living room with fireplace in the past was traditionally the center of the life of the farmer family, where they would gather round the heath. The Villa, which offers a total of only 5 holiday apartments, is entirely surrounded by olive trees and by a huge garden of splendidly tended lawn of soft grass with many fruit trees. Take a refreshing swim in the large private slightly salted swimming pool (14x6 mt) or a regenerating bath in the 4-person Jacuzzi, sunbath in the 160 sqm solarium equipped with deck chairs, beach beds and umbrellas, give yourself a massage or simply relax in the open air reading a book or drinking an aperitivo in the comfortable 'sitting-room' atmosphere of the poolside gazebo or in the other shaded areas of the garden. At your complete disposal further outdoor areas equipped with tables and chairs perfect for ‘al fresco dining’ and relax with your family or friends, including a marvelous portico leading directly outdoors to the beautiful surrounding garden and suitable also for large groups dinners. You will find also a "bocce" court, a wood burning oven and a barbeque for your dinners under the starry sky!
