Our quaint comfortable eight(8) bedroom guest house is ideally located in the city center on Warren st. just off Camp Johnson Rd.This provides easy access to all major shopping areas,banks,business houses,restaurants and night life locations.We provide 24hrs electricity with city power and 12 to 16 hrs with gen.Room prices are $45 with fan alone and, $55,$65 and $75 per night with aircondition.Rooms are equipped with fans generally .Rooms in the $75 category have private kitchens as well. The space Eight (8) elegant,individual and separately priced spaces all under one roof.Each equipped with its own private bathroom ie toilet,face basin and standing shower with hot/cold running water and/or kitchenette and Wifi.Small enough to make you feel completely at home, providing absolute privacy and the security of a fenced in guarded compound with security doors installed at all external areas within the compound and yet giving you easy access to all major business areas as well as supermarkets and entertainment areas eg.beaches,restaurants etc.Each room is individually priced and subject to availability.Prices range from $45 up to $75 per night depending on facilities provided.Some rooms come with private kitchens otherwise guests can also order food via our a la carte menu when the restaurant kitchen is open.Additionally, delivery orders can be placed with restaurants in surrounding areas.All rooms come with fans.Air conditioning is by request and attracts extra costs.
