The cozy house was completely renovated in 2019 and lovingly furnished. A tiled stove provides cozy comfort in the cold months at frosty temperatures and is heated for you before arrival. An extensive orchard, covered terraces, barbecue and fireplace invite you to spend time outdoors. The space The property is located entirely on the ground floor and has one bedroom incl. crib, a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a new, fully equipped, spacious kitchen and a completely new bathroom including underfloor heating. It is possible to set up a youth bed (160 x 70 cm) in the bedroom. The approximately 1,300 m² property is completely fenced and is exclusively available to guests. The tiled stove is also heated by the hosts during the stay on request. Two covered terraces and a large orchard offer plenty of outdoor space; a barbecue and fireplace invite you to linger. There are bicycles in the accommodation that can be borrowed to explore the surrounding area on the numerous bike paths! Right in the driveway there is space to park the car. Pets are welcome! Guest access The accommodation and the entire property with about 1300 sqm are exclusively available to the guests. Other things to note A local tax of €2.50 per person aged 18 and over must be paid on site.
