We use the area above the apartment for celebrations, but it is not used for these purposes at the time of a rental, so you do not have to expect any noise disturbance. Guest access The apartment is for your exclusive use, as is the small garden area in front of the large patio doors. You can park your vehicle either directly in front of the entrance to the apartment or, by arrangement, under the carport, especially if you need electricity for an electric car.
