Cozy Room in My Mise en Place

The space provided is a small bedroom with a lovely semi-private to private sun porch in a light filled and simply appointed garage house with own discrete parking spaces or to work on art. Great for a retreat, finish your novel, or to just escape. My guest are welcome to bring their instruments. Things of note: No food or consumables of any kind in the bedrooms. This attracts insects and pest. Also, I do work hard to keep the house in good clean order this is a working home that is lived in. The space My home is a garage house built between 1947 and 1950 and sits off the street. I am 7 blocks from Forsyth Park, Bull Street, and 9 blocks from the upper squares. Quiet, charming, and simple it is a nice place for those who need to take a long nap on a Sunday afternoon. The Mise en Place is decorated with prints of the great ladies of Americana Music, while the bathroom pays tribute to Princess Leia/Carrie Fisher. The smaller room is an Arizona themed room reflecting my home state. The house has keyless access, a state of the art security system, wi-fi, and the numbers to any of a number of good pizza places. As for now the space is not ADA compliant. The house has steps though the bathroom and internal floor plan is open and is pretty accessible. This is also a POC, solo female traveler, and LGBT+ friendly space. Guest access There is a washer and dryer and secure parking available for cars up to a minivan. I ask if you play music on the turn table you take gentle care and to be gentle with my books. During your stay The weeks the whole house can be used I will be out of town. I will have limited interaction with the guest these weeks, but can be in contact for any questions. I ask that my guest clean up after themselves and just toss the sheets in the laundry when they leave.
