The space Our Tiny home is a 40ft container that has been transformed into a 2x Bedroom home with a queen size bed in each room. The Sofa in the lounge room folds out into a queen size bed. Neighbours to the rear of the property. Kitchen: The Kitchen is fully equipped with cook ware for all your cooking needs including an electric frying pan, air fryer, rice cooker, sandwich press, cooking pots and burners, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. Lounge area: The Sofa folds out to a Queen size bed with extra linen supplied. The flat screen tv has Netflix and satellite channels. Bedrooms: Each bedroom has a Queen size bed with linen, smart tv with Netflix, suitcase storage, split systems and pedestal fans. Laundry: The outdoor laundry has a washing machine, drying racks, iron/ironing mat, cleaning products etc. Outdoor areas: 1 Acre of land with beautiful outback views. A BBQ and outdoor seating for entertainment. Deck chairs, hammock and outdoor games to enjoy. Undercover parking is also supplied. Ample parking space for cars, trucks ect. With Secured yard. 20 meters down the dirt road the Leichardt river runs beautifully in the wet seasons. Guest access Your own private access is through a large gate that opens outwards. Drive down to container house #3. A lock box will be at the property.
