Mountain retreat in Falkert Lodge (incl. sauna)

Welcome to Falkert Lodge, your mountain paradise at 1,870 m above sea level in the UNESCO Nockberge Biosphere Reserve. On a spacious 170 m², up to 10 sleeping places await you. Completely renovated and newly furnished in June 2026, with a new spacious pine sauna, fireplace, terrace and mountain views. Ideal for families, couples and friends. Dogs are welcome. Heidi Alm: a paradise for hiking, climbing and mountain biking. Bad Kleinkirchheim, Turracher Höhe and Gerlitzen are within easy reach. Perfect for summer and winter. The space Room layout Due to the hillside location of the chalet, there are several levels with separate entrances on over 160 m² of living space. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with private bathroom with shower and direct access to the terrace, which means that this area can be used almost like a small separate residential unit. In the lower bathroom there is also (from 03/01/26) a new spacious sauna made of pine wood, perfect for relaxing. On the first floor are the cloakroom, a spacious living and dining area, the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. From here there is direct access to the garden. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms and a walk-in wardrobe. This room layout offers generous space and ideal retreats for families or groups of friends. Other things to note Check in Check-in and key handover take place from 4:00 pm in person on site by our house manager. He will contact you prior to arrival to coordinate the arrival time. When checking in, there is a short house briefing with all the important information about the chalet. In addition, the security deposit of 350 euros is deposited in cash and the electricity meter reading is taken together. Check out Check out is on the day of departure by 10 am. Our house manager comes to hand over the keys, conducts a short final inspection together and refunds the deposit minus local tax and electricity costs according to the actual consumption (€0.40/kWh). A late check-out until 10:00 pm is possible subject to availability for a fee; please coordinate this with us in advance when booking. Heating & feel-good climate The chalet has a modern, comfortable heating concept that provides pleasant warmth in all areas:     •    Automatically controlled infrared ceiling panels in the living area generate a particularly pleasant, uniform radiant heat and ensure a constant, comfortable temperature level at all times thanks to the intelligent control.     •    Two high-quality pellet stoves, also digitally adjustable, also create a cozy chalet atmosphere with natural warmth. The stoves are completely filled on arrival, another bag of pellets is available as a reserve. Additional pellets can be easily arranged in the local supermarket (Billa Patergassen) or via the caretaker if necessary.     •    Electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms provides extra comfort and warm floors – ideal after a day of skiing or hiking.     •    Heated ski boot dryer in the wardrobe ensures that ski boots and gloves are pleasantly dry and preheated overnight – perfect for a comfortable start to the next day of skiing. This way you can enjoy a perfectly tempered, cozy living climate in all seasons – modern, sustainable and particularly comfortable.
