Welcome to this cozy 1950s house in Ristijärvi. The property is ideal for a vacation or even as a base for a business trip (Wi-Fi). The house has the necessary equipment for cooking and a comfortable overnight stay. The slopes and ski resort of Saukkovaara are just a short drive away. Ristijärvi also offers excellent conditions for mountain biking and hiking all year round. The space You have access to the downstairs area of the house, the living room/kitchen, the bedroom, and the bathroom with a toilet and a sauna. The living room has a pull-out sofa, and the bedroom has two single beds. Ideal for 1–3 people, maximum 4 people. The home is equipped with an air-source heat pump, which allows you to adjust the temperature to your liking. A large, sheltered yard provides much-needed privacy. For summer use, the outbuilding has a spacious wood-fired sauna and a small sauna chamber. The upstairs area is for the host’s personal use, and no one will be staying there during your stay. Guest access There is a lock box/key code. Other things to note If you wish, you can bring your own linens and bath towels. If needed, they can also be provided for an additional fee of €10 per person. During the summer season, the use of the courtyard sauna is agreed separately. The minimum rental period is 3 days, but a shorter period can also be negotiated.
