It is fully equipped, so it is also possible to rent for longer periods. The apartment includes a parking space for your vehicle and a balcony where you can enjoy warm summer days. The balcony is available for smokers. The location of the apartment is conveniently located: The highway ramp of the A44 between Bochum and Dortmund is a short distance (1 km) away without seeing or hearing the highway. Witten Annen Nord train station is an 11-minute walk (900 m). From there you can take the S5 via Witten Mitte to Hagen or Dortmund. From Witten Mitte you have a connection to Hagen and Bochum-Essen-Duisburg-Düsseldorf. In the immediate vicinity is a bus stop of line 375 with connection to the center of Witten, Witten main station and the UNI Bochum as a terminal. At the station you can use line 320 with destination via Witten-Innenstadt and Herbede to Sprockhövel. On the route is the Hohenstein and the beautiful Blankenstein Castle. From both places you have a wonderful view of the Ruhr Valley that you can enjoy. In the small center of Annen there is a post office/restaurants/flower shops/bakeries/doctors in the Centro Vital and pharmacies within a 15-minute walk. In addition, a Real and Lidl are accessible by car. About the apartment: The apartment is available for a maximum of 3 people. There is a 1.60 m wide box spring bed in the bedroom and a professional sofa bed with metal bed frame and 15 cm high gel mattress (1.30 m lying surface) in the living room. The apartment is also equipped with cable TV, Wi-Fi and a sound system. In the bedroom, an office desk was provided for light office work. In the kitchen there is a fitted kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, freezer-cooler combination, washing machine and small dishwasher. In addition, you will find a microwave, coffee maker, kettle and a Senseo pad machine for a quick hot cup in between. In the hallway you will find a storage room where both household items and groceries can be stored. All that remains is for me to wish you a pleasant stay! Make yourself at home, but keep things tidy if possible! ☺ Guest access The apartment is located on the 5th floor and is easily accessible by an elevator. There are some steps on the floor, so renting to wheelchair users is unfortunately not possible. Other things to note The apartment is designed for occupancy by only three people; not suitable for infants! The apartment is offered for a short-term booking to changing guests. Because of this, an apartment provider certificate for a permanent residence cannot be issued.
