Modern summer house by the lake Sjönsjö just outside Säffle. Swimming and fishing opportunities on your own plot. Main house with three bedrooms plus a loft where there are sleeping arrangements. In addition, there is a smaller guest house with a double bed. The responsible tenant must be at least 25 years old. 1 SUP board and 1 kayak for 2 persons, available for free use. The tenant is responsible for cleaning. Bed linen must be brought. The space Bathroom and shower in the main house, but NOT toilet. Toilet (water closet) is located in the guest house. Guest house is about 5 meters from the main house. Guest access Entire property, minus one outdoor shed. Other things to note Child-friendly swimming area that is very shallow. Dock is very shallow, NOT plunge. Possibility to rent smaller boat (River 290) for boaters. If it is desired to rent the boat, you must notify this in good time, so that it is certain that the boat is laid on the water. Price for renting the boat is 350 Swedish Krona per day /1200 for a week. Tenants must also pay for petrol and oil.
