Loft Niva84 is perched on a cliff, 84 meters above Lake Vättern, just outside Jönköping. Built in 2016, the house features a modern design focused on function and selected details. Perfect for both business and leisure guests. Its strategic location between Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo makes it an ideal place to pause and recharge – both yourself and your EV (charging available). Here, you’re close to both city and nature, with excellent public transport and the lake at your feet. The space Welcome to lofthouse Niva 84 – a cozy and modern retreat with views over Lake Vättern Upstairs, you’ll find the sleeping area with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm). Directly in front of the bed is a 40-inch TV with Apple TV – perfect for streaming your favorite series before bedtime. Just below the TV, large panoramic windows open up to stunning views of Lake Vättern. It’s the ideal horizontal position to enjoy both sailboats drifting by and your evening entertainment at the same time! Downstairs, there’s a welcoming living room with a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), a dining table, and a small kitchenette equipped with an espresso machine – perfect for preparing simple meals. Want to cook something more ambitious? A Weber gas grill is ready and waiting out on the patio. The bathroom is fresh and well-designed, with a shower, generous storage, and a wall-mounted toilet. The entire space is comfortably heated with underfloor heating. During warmer periods, openable windows and air conditioning provide a cool and pleasant indoor climate. Just outside, there is a free parking space. An electric vehicle charger is also available (for a fee). The space is perfect for two guests, but it can comfortably accommodate up to four – if you don’t mind a cozier stay. There is a railway below us with regional trains passing now and than. Good to know but not something normally disturbing anybody. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire guesthouse, including the balcony and the private patio at the western side of the house. Free parking is available for one vehicle. Check-in: from 3:00 PM Check-out: by 11:00 AM With a code lock, you can check in at any time after 3:00 PM – no need to meet the hosts in person.
