Ideal for larger groups and longer stays. Perfect for families and friends. Idyllically located by a stream, it is the ideal starting point for hikes or bike tours, e.g. to the Weißenstein, Oberpfalzturm, Goldsteig or Steinwaldradweg. The garden invites you to relax and barbecue. The space On the ground floor there is the large eat-in kitchen, a large living room, toilet, shower, storage room. Upstairs, you will find the 4 bedrooms (one with a balcony), bathroom and toilet. The house is heated by central oil heating and can also be heated additionally by a tiled stove on the ground floor. (Firewood available and included in the price). Around the house there is an approx. 1000 sqm park-like garden in which there are terraces, barbecue and fire bowl. About 50 meters away at the edge of the property is the Steinbach, which gives the Bachnest its name. Guest access Guests can use all 11 rooms of the house. (without basement, attic and a utility room) The large garden can be used incl. Barbecue and fire bowl. In summer there are also two seating areas and sun loungers.
