The space The accommodation comprises a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a cosy living area with a sofa bed. You will have a private bedroom with a queen-size bed, a modern bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a washing machine, and a separate WC. The flat is ideal for 1 to 4 guests, whether for a business trip or a short stay. Guest access Free parking available right outside the property. There are shops in the village: a bakery, a supermarket and a pizzeria. We also have a medical practice and a pharmacy. There are two VIVOLT e-bike stations in the village, one of which is just down the street. The Voie Verte cycle path along the canal can be reached in 6 minutes by bike or 20 minutes on foot. Along this route, you can get to Bouzey by bike or on foot and enjoy a lovely walk through the countryside. Lake Bouzey is 26 minutes away by bike, 1 hour 10 minutes on foot, and 6 minutes by car. There, you will find places to eat and enjoy a stroll. In the neighbouring village, there is an excellent restaurant called ‘Les Calmosiens’, where you will receive a very warm welcome and enjoy truly delicious food. We recommend it. Other things to note Listing is NON-SMOKING. We can provide you with an ashtray outside the listing if you wish. NO ANIMALS are and will not be allowed in the property.
