A real break between two busy days. ⚠️ Note: No pets allowed in this property. The space The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen open to a cozy living room area with sofa bed. You will have a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, a modern bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a washing machine, as well as a separate toilet. The apartment is ideal for 1 to 4 guests, whether for a business trip or a stopover. Guest access Free parking is available right in front of the accommodation. Shops are located in the village: bakery, supermarket, pizzeria. We also have a doctor's office and a pharmacy. Two VIVOLT electric bike stations are present in the village, one just down the street. The greenway along the canal is accessible in 6 min by bike, 20 min on foot. This way you can get to Bouzey by bicycle or on foot and enjoy a very nice walk in the countryside. Lake Bouzey is 26 min by bike, 1 hr 10 min on foot and 6 min by car. There are plenty of places to eat and take a walk. In the nearby village, you have a very good restaurant "Les Calmosiens" where you will be very well hosted and where you will eat really well. We recommend it. Other things to note Listing is NON-SMOKING. We can provide an ashtray outside the accommodation if you wish. NO PETS are and will not be permitted in the property. A yellow trash can and a glass trash can are available in the accommodation.
