Surrounded by a large landscaped park, our cottage offers all the comfort needed to relax and enjoy the region, known for its picturesque landscapes, fields of lavender, poppies, and olive plantations in Nyons. The interior of our cottage is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, with the option to add an additional bedroom for 2 people. It includes a living room/kitchen equipped with a wood stove, creating a cozy atmosphere for chilly evenings. Guests will find two snug bedrooms, one independent and one on a mezzanine, each with a 160 cm bed. For a comfortable stay during the warm summer days, air conditioning is available. Additionally, the cottage offers a covered terrace with a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals. The large private garden of the cottage leads to a heated swimming pool available for exclusive bathing, ensuring perfect privacy away from prying eyes. Located 30 m from the house, the pool is open from June to September. For nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, the area is full of outdoor activities such as golf, horse riding, cycling, paragliding, and much more. A stone's throw away, La Bégude de Mazenc provides all the necessary amenities, while Montélimar and its surroundings invite to discover the local culture through markets, festivals, and impressive touristic sites.
