Modern detached house (2015) with passive house standard, only about 5 minutes from the city center by car. We rent out our lovely detached house that has recently been renovated, and thus appears even nicer than in the pictures in the ad (the pictures are taken before the renovation - new ones are coming). The space The house is spread over two floors of approx. 100 sqm in total; 2 living rooms with 2 sofas, open kitchen solution and 2 available bedrooms; 1 double bed (2 pers) + 1 sofa bed (2 pers). If necessary, the living rooms with their own sofa can also be used to sleep on, there will then be room for 6 people. This is our second home, and therefore our bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd floor as well as walk-in at the entrance on the 1st floor are closed (see blue crosses/markings on the pictures). There are also personal belongings in some cabinets, and these must of course not be touched. When we use the home ourselves we have a dog, so we do not recommend the home to very/hyperallergic guests, as there may be traces of dog hair. The property is located at the end of a dead end street in the lower part of Gruben about 4 km from the center of Mo i Rana. From the property there is a clear view to the west, and the house is mainly south-west facing. The property is located a short distance from grocery stores, restaurants and bus stops.
