Only motorcycles or small cars like multicab can directly access the property,however, for larger vehicles, we can allow 1 car parking in front of our store at night. ❌ No gallon of drinking water on-site. Guests are encouraged to bring or purchase their preferred drinking water for their safety. This property is situated on Sangi New Road, located behind Lapu-Lapu City Hall. Walking distance to Gaisano Island Mall, Lapu-Lapu City Hall, and a 5-minute drive to Cebu International Airport! Located in a typical Filipino Community, not inside the subdivision. Photos of our exterior going to the road is uploaded on our listing to set proper expectations. Our neighbors have been living in this area for decades and they are very friendly. Right in front of the entrance gate is our staff room. Our staff are always curious, excited and helpful to see guests around just as we are. There are many establishments nearby, so it’s best to go out and take a little walk around the area. This unit is Door 2, a 41 sqm property with a floor area of 82 sqm. It has 3 Toilets and Baths, and 10 sinlge capsule beds. 🏡 This is a two-door gated building. This unit is Door 2, and you may encounter fellow travelers during your stay who will be staying at Door 1. Guest access 🔐Gate access is provided through a coded lockbox. Guests may retrieve the gate keys from the lockbox to open the gate and must return them immediately afterward. 🔑House access is managed through a Smart Lock. The access code will be sent to guests before check-in and will automatically expire on the check-out date and time. Codes will only be provided after providing a valid ID or Passport. Other things to note ❗️The property, unfortunately, does not include daily cleaning services. The one-time cleaning fee is intended for cleaning upon guests' check-out. However, should guests require daily cleaning, we can accommodate this request for an additional charge of 1,500 PHP per clean. In the event that a guest is dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the property, we will provide a FREE re-clean. 🧹 Our caretaker is on the property from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For any urgent concerns, please feel free to reach out to her directly. ❌ Sticking decorations on the walls for parties is not allowed. A ₱3,000 fine will be charged if this rule is not followed, as it can damage the wall paint.
