Holiday home in a quiet village in Hérault region

This beautiful and immaculate holiday home located in a quiet residential estate in Paulhan, a commune at the heart of Hérault Valley in Occitanie region, South of France will sleep up to 6 people. Within a short 15-minute walk, the village offers all amenities you'll need (bakeries, chemist, butcher, newsagent). On Thursdays, you'll be able to appreciate the local French market with its fresh produce. There are also a small supermarket (Carrefour Market) and a handy service station nearby. The space Whatever you are looking for during your holidays, you’re bound to find it here.. Beautiful gold sand beaches are located 20-25 miles away (Vias Beach and Marseillan Beach) and Salagou Lake with its various water sports only 10 miles away. You also have the wonderful and very scenic banks of the Herault river, which offer a variety of walks where you can explore and observe nature at its best. If you prefer to visit the surroundings, within a short-drive, you will find the historic town of Pezenas, city of Molière, the famous 17th Century French actor and poet. A bit further, I would also highly recommend Saint Guilhem le Désert, acclaimed one of the most beautiful villages in France. For nature lovers, within a 20-minute drive, you can find a spectacular dolomitic limestone outcrop known as the Cirque de Mourèze. The Hérault Gorges are about 25 miles away and, for the most adventurous, Cirque de Navacelles is about an hour away. Your children will love to visit the Clamouse Cave (22 miles) or spend the day at Aqualand in Cap d'Agde (25 miles). Finally, for those who prefer shopping, Montpellier, Sète, Béziers and its Canal du Midi are close-by (20-25 miles). All in all, there will be something for everyone! Guest access The house boasts 2 large bedrooms with a double bed and a television each, and 1 child’s bedroom that can sleep up to 2 children thanks to the twin size trundle bed. Each bedroom is equipped with fitted wardrobes. Downstairs, you will find a large fully fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining table and chairs. The area is open-plan with the sitting room where you will find a cosy corner sofa and television. The living room leads to a patio area and an enclosed secure private backyard (laid with synthetic lawn). You will also find a small garden at the front of the house. The house comes with air conditioning and private parking. There is at the front a garden of approximately 25m², and at the back a second garden of 70m² (with synthetic lawn) with an inground pool ok 5m x 2.70m ( with a depth of 1.50m). Be careful, you will have to do the maintenance yourself or during my visits according to your wishes. The security system is a secure barrier for children.
