In a beautiful building from 1864, overlooking the picturesque village church, is our comfortable guest house for 2 to 4 people in the heart of Grijpskerk. With a private entrance, spacious bedroom, cozy living/sleeping room and modern bathroom, you can enjoy peace and privacy. The train station is within walking distance; Groningen can be reached in 14 minutes and Leeuwarden in 30 minutes. An ideal base for city, nature, Lauwersmeer and Schiermonnikoog. You are warmly welcome! The space The accommodation consists of two rooms and a bathroom. The bedroom has a lovely double bed (1.80 x 2.20) and two armchairs. The second room has a table for four and a sofa bed, which can be converted into a comfortable double bed with a topper (1.40 x 2.00) if desired. In that case, a surcharge of 45.00 per person will be charged. There is a fridge and coffee and tea making facilities. Guest access The guest house is located on the first floor and is accessible via a private staircase. Other things to note The indicated price is for the use of 1 bed by 1 or 2 people. For 3 or 4 guests or use of the second bed, the surcharge is €45.00 per person per night. In the event of a booking by 2 people who each want their own bed, please book as 3 people, due to Airbnb's pricing structure. Our homemade breakfast costs €19.50 per person, to be paid directly at the location. Upon request, we serve a delicious three-course dinner (minimum 2 people) in our cozy dining room. Please let me know at least three days in advance if you wish. The cost is €45.00 per person, also to be paid at the location.
