You are welcome in this comfortable space, located in a neighborhood that is close to the city center and the Bahía Boulevard. The entrance is shared. It is ideal for professionals working remotely, couples and families. It is equipped with amenities that will help you have a comfortable stay. It is a 3-minute drive from the boulevard near the Mega Sculpture and 5 minutes from downtown. We take credit cards! The space The apartment has two bedrooms, one that is used as a living room, dining room and kitchen and the other as a bedroom (it contains two double beds and only this one has mini Split), both rooms have hammocks, in the middle of the two bedrooms there is a large bathroom that has an electric heater so you can bathe with hot water if you want. It also has a space designated as a private patio that has its own shed and a small sink or laundry area. The entrance is shared with another room, but the parking space is exclusive to the apartment, which also has its own small shed; for security reasons, there is a camera in the shed. We have 3 accommodations on the same property, each with a separate entrance and total privacy: Pequeña Margarita: for 2 people (1 double bed) Espacio Margarita: for 2 people (1 double bed) Depto Margarita: for 5 people (2 doubles + sofa bed) parking for one car. Total capacity: 9 people together, but separated. All with stable 100 Mb Wi-Fi, A/C, kitchenette and private bathroom. We bill on a single invoice. Guest access You can use the parking lot, the patio and the two bedrooms with their bathroom. Other things to note The apartment is cleaned in depth, however there are insects proper to the region that could enter. Two blocks from the room there is a combis site where you can take them if you want to go to Huay Pix, Xul Ha, Bacalar, Buena Vista among other public spas near the city. We also have nearby laundromats, food areas, and a store selling local and imported handicrafts, thanks to our proximity to Belize.
